Spring Break

With Spring being associated with all things fresh and new, it's the perfect time to revisit those New Year's resolutions we made about 4 months ago. You know, the ones where we planned to work out every week, be consistent with blog posts, and be really organized at planning our wedding? Oh, were those not a group effort? I thought we were all in this together, guys. Well, I did spend the first three months of this year deep in grad school applications, and those seemed to require a lot of snacking on the side which obviously was more necessary than heading to the gym. Priorities, people, priorities.

Anyways, as we do transition into spring, I'm working on keeping up to date with the goals I've set for myself (in the most perfect mint and eyelet-detailed sweater, of course). I wore this outfit to a birthday lunch recently, but I know it'll be great throughout the year since it's lightweight and can be layered with other pieces. Definitely not a piece that will be thrown out during any spring cleanings! Speaking of spring cleaning, I'm currently working on downsizing my wardrobe to pieces that I'll get the most wear out of--especially since I'll be moving soon! ;)

This week I'm on spring break, so I'm taking advantage of the extra time to work on wedding plans and moving plans and blog plans. Basically a lot of plans which means a lot of lists. Better find my cutest planners and prettiest pens. I mean is a to-do list really worth tackling if it's not on stationery that's fun to look at? Like I said, people-- priorities.
